Founder
Michelle Delloso – Michelle is a marketing consultant for adidas. She has been in her position with adidas for the past 9 years and created the adidas Futures Program in 2006 with the goal of building it into what it is today. The 2012 adidas Futures National Tournament will offer between 500-750 uncommitted softball players the opportunity to perform at one of the highest levels in the sport along with providing an opportunity to be seen by college scouts from all over the country. Michelle strongly believes that this “aspiration” program will allow athletes throughout the country the chance at reaching their goals while building a better recruiting template for college coaches.
Michelle’s vision is to see young women pursue a college education/degree through the sport of softball. She is an advocate of young women using their education/degree to work towards a chosen field/career that they enjoy just as much as the sport of softball. Michelle has assisted many athletes beyond the adidas Futures program and other programs by directly providing internship and scholarship opportunities for them. She created the Go Girl Futures Program to help facilitate the necessary resources to help many young women and girls beyond the softball field.
